Shipping
We try to find the cheapest method of shipping. we usually choose between DHL and UPS. If you have a specific shipping request, we are happy to accommodate. just ask!

-credit cards accepted: visa & mastercard. sorry, no C.O.D.
-net/30 with approved credit or valid credit card on file. (contact us for further information.)
-no personal checks.
-business checks accepted on approved net 30 accounts only.
-money orders accepted with pre-approval from huntington office.
Past Due Net 30 Accounts
Accounts 5 days past due will be charged a $25 fee for each day past due.

Returned merchandise
Retail merchandise may be returned for a product credit if it meets the following requirements:

retail merchandise may be returned within 3 months from the date of purchase
-
returned product must be clean and free from stickers or other markings
-
product must be in re-sellable condition
-
a 20% restocking fee will apply
-
the account is responsible for shipping expenses of returned merchandise to personal alchemy's hurricane office.

a copy of the original invoice must accompany the products.
-
merchandise given at no charge is not returnable.
-
merchandise purchased at a discounted price may be returned for a product credit based on the discounted amount as indicated on invoice.
-
discontinued product is not returnable.
- incorrectly or mistakenly ordered merchandise may be returned within 14 business days so long as the above mentioned specifications are met.

defective merchandise may be exchanged at an even exchange for the same exact merchandise at the same original price. no discounts will be given. the account is responsible for shipping expenses of returned merchandise to personal alchemy's hurricane office.
Damages & Shortages:
claims must be submitted to personal alchemy within 7 business days of receipt of delivery. should your order be delivered with visible damage, please refuse the delivery, and contact us immediately.
Exclusivity Agreements
in the event that a salon/spa/boutique/etc, wishes to have exclusivity rights for their area, the following guidelines must be followed:
1. exclusivity pertains only to the city/town the salon or spa is located in. proximity to city lines will not be considered for any exclusivity agreements.
2. a minimum monthly order of $2000.00 must be placed every month.
3. if an order is placed that does not meet the monthly requirement, the establishment automatically relinquishes their right to exclusivity without further notification from personal alchemy.
