exclusivity
rights for their

guidelines must
be followed:

to the city/town

spa is located
in. proximity
to city lines
will not be
considered for
any exclusivity
agreements.
2. a minimum
monthly order
of $2000.00
must be placed
every month.
3. if an order
is placed that
does not meet
the monthly
requirement,
the establishment
automatically
relinquishes
their right
to exclusivity
without further
notification
