wishes to have
exclusivity
rights for their
area, the following
guidelines must
be followed:
1. Exclusivity
pertains only
to the city/town
the salon or
spa is located
in. Proximity
to city lines
will not be
considered for
any exclusivity
agreements.
2. A minimum
monthly order
of $2000.00
must be placed
every month.
3. If an order
is placed that
does not meet
the monthly
requirement,
the establishment
automatically
relinquishes
their right
to exclusivity
without further
notification
from Personal
Alchemy.
